WebGo, the internet, and the global city of Sydney
Posted by | Posted in WebGo | Posted on 31-07-2008
Here at WebGo we know that we’re in a pretty amazing global city, Sydney, Australia.
That’s why WebGo is giving its worldwide customers signing up for our existing services, as well as potential customers a chance to discuss new and exciting opportunities to co-locate and have data serving outsourced to Sydney, as a viable, friendly, safe and disasterless city.
The plan has been devised by CEO, Jimmy Rowe in response to the NSW and Federal governments recent planning to establish Sydney as a Financial services hub to compete with the likes of Singapore, and Hong Kong.
“We basically believe that Sydney in particular has plenty of options to host, serve and store critical data in a good, safe, and secure environment.”
“The potential to tie in financial data storage or any storage, archiving and retireval, and the hosting of critical data is a reason why we welcome this news and add that other sectors, including the web hosting and communications industry are also interested in offering services to interested international parties.”
More detail on the plan is set to be announced in the coming weeks, but interested parties are always welcome to contact WebGo to have a chat to Jimmy Rowe about the possibilites for your organisation.
