At WebGo we’re in the business of providing outstanding service, coupled with fanatical support. If for any reason you are not entirely of the belief that this service is being mantained please read on. Before ordering a product or service, please read our product information at WebGo.com.au so you make an informed decision. we encourage customers to email, or contact our support department if you need help or assistance in selecting a product or service that’s right for you.
30 day money back guarantee
Any customer who has made an order within the last 30 days may be eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee. Please contact our billing department in order for us to look into and rectify an issue you may be experiencing. Please note our money back guarantee does not apply to dedicated packages, and only applies to shared, reseller, or vps hosting packages.
Cancelling hosting plans
The cancellation of hosting plans should factor in at least a minimum of 10 days notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation can occur by contacting our support department. Please note that if a charge has already taken place we wont offer a refund for services rendered (your hosting account will stay active until the end of the first billing cycle after cancellation), subject to our refund policy and any laws within the jurisdiction of the state of New South Wales, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Once cancellation has been requested we will send you a cancellation email. Cancellation only occurs once the email has been sent. Our standard billing period is monthly – and commences from the day of ordering you hosting plan, and renewing every month after that until cancelled. Billing cycles occur in a 30 day cycle – for example if you ordered on the 10th the next billing date is the 9th, and will continue until cancelled. Other billing cycles may occur if you’ve purchased other hosting services. For any questions please contact our support department.
Domain name refund policy
WebGo does not offer refunds for domain names under this refund policy, and applicable law. Refunds are not issued due to the non-refundable nature of registry costs incurred by us at the time of processing an order. Please make sure you choose a domain that has the correct spelling upon ordering and purchasing of domain names.
